Cancellation Policy:

Customised and tailormade services, including dedicated ENG crews, fully equipped anchoring studio position, workspaces, unequipped single stand-up position, unequipped 4x4m studio, fully equipped single stand-up position – including Playout and/or Live stand-up (include. playout), fully equipped indoor studio, etc.:

If cancelled 2 weeks or less before the start of the booking, 100% charges apply. 

Amendment policy:

Clients may amend their booking, as long as the new booking is from the same origin, on the same day and for the same or longer duration. 

Amendments 30 minutes or less before the start of the service will be treated as extensions or new bookings, and the original timing will be fully chargeable. 

Satellite and fibre overruns and extensions:

For satellite and fibre bookings, please note that any extension must be made AT LEAST 20 minutes before the end-time of your scheduled booking to avoid incurring a late extension surplus fee (EUR 200) and double the cost of the satellite and fibre for the extension.

Unannounced overruns will also result in a surplus fee (EUR 200) and double the cost for the duration of the overrun.
